Founded a school (the academy ) to teach philosophy. Descended from one of socrates" followers diogenes/crates. Created the stoic school (3rd school of ancient philosophy so far) Was an outlier, as he wasn"t a student of another philosopher. Founded epicureans (4th school of ancient philosophy) Comes out of plato"s academy at some point.
