-No evidence what actually happened at the trial
-The dialogue of what we have is Plato’s reconstruction, we don’t know if its fully true.

- Socrates didn’t know how to give speeches, but Plato gives him a very powerful one.
- we have to assume Socrates is ignorant.
Socratic Paradox?
-Paradox is something that is counter to common belief.

Why would anyone like plato, suppose that no one ever does wrong willingly. (If im
