Document Summary

Theorists such as andre frank argued that underdeveloped countries can be just as developed as developed countries because underdeveloped countries are improving (cid:272)apitalis(cid:373). He disagrees (cid:449)ith the (cid:862)a(cid:448)aila(cid:271)le theory(cid:863) (cid:271)e(cid:272)ause it does (cid:374)ot (cid:862)refle(cid:272)t the past of the underdeveloped part of the world rather only reflects the world entirely. Furthermore, we believe their past reflects their future now which is why we still believe them to be underdeveloped. I also agree with his theory that underdeveloped country does not include survival but economic stability and how it helps the country flourish. Overall, frank makes a good argument about both underdeveloped and developed countries are modern because they are using the same regime to help stabilize what the country feel is important, and that is the economy.
