The retention of information is a function of the depth to which the incoming stimuli has been analysed by the system. Levels: our understanding of info is a function of the depth to which this info has been analyzed. The level at which we process the info influences how we remember and retrieve the information. This suggests that the primary developmental changes that will occur is in the software .
