Healthy development: see ryan & deci & self-determination theory social skills, modeling. Kids who were found to thrive spent more time in structured activities that they wanted to be in. Unstructured activity ex. hanging out in a coffee shop with your friends. People who thrive were those who engage themselves in a activities that develop their talents. Got enjoyment from it not pleasure really, just completely engaged and satisfied with the activity. Dealing with past patterns of conditioning, emotions, behaviours, ect is possible because everything in the brain is the same we can rewire ourselves.
