Its not about her worth/value its about situational things that are making it easy for her to succeed. Males just as competent when working alone or with females. Females competent when working alone but males are given credit when females work with men and were successful. Different experiences make the brain the way it is. Women doing things are more expected than appreciated because it is common for them to do these things. It is proven that nowadays, two people working at home are happier homes than when only one person works.
