Those who know they are good at self control were not using it at all. Those who had fewer temptations were more successful than those who had more self-control. Those who had more self control were more depleted. Those with better self control enjoy studying, exercising and being healthy they want to do these things. They have learned better habits structured their lives to avoid having to make a self-control decision.
