Emotions can be viewed as an outcome of the interaction of peripheral and central factors - linkage is the emotion. Feelings are the things we feel, things we are consciously aware of, reactions that our body creates that makes us aware of ourselves (hunger that elicits other feelings - might be a primary feeling) Emotions are the way we react to those feelings, expression of those feelings, needs to give off a signal to tell ourselves what is going in our bodies.
