Women"s success on masculine tasks is seen to be a consequence of luck or extreme effort. Men"s successes on the same types of tasks are seen as skill or talent. Ps learned that people had obtained only part of the information, so they had to pool their information to be successful. (non_ambiguous. Or- that the people had overlapping information; could"ve been successful without the other"s input. When contributions were ambiguous, males were given more credit for success.
