New customer account must be set up in dracknet prior to any sales activities. Make sure all later transactions are correctly and completely recorded in the system. Ensure the system works smoothly and correctly as what dragnet expects. Try to enter any sales order before creating new customer account. Search any sales order and vouch back to see if there exists a customer account. Obtain the login log and see if there is any staff who both set up customer account and enter sales order. There should be different people for new customer account set up and new orders entry, and staff should use their unique user id and password to login to the system and make modification. An account can only be billed once the service is active in dracknet. Try to bill an account when the service is inactive. To make sure credit memos are entered only by authorized person.
