How living in a particular location or social location like class or race afect, inluence and shape how we see the world around us and what we do. We can look at things like what extent height plays a role in a dating situation, in a job interview, in a classroom, or even if it plays a role at all. It is dynamic and a growing discipline and full of possibilities. It is an interdisciplinary ield: connects with math, philosophy, psychology, anthropology, economics, and so forth. Ontology and epistemology: what is real as a science, you can not study something that does not exist, sociologists study things that aren"t concrete which can be diicult.
