There is some connection btw individual (share sense of belonging, have in common) There are expectations as member of group (as fan, worker, siblings, team) Individuals who have high emotional connection over longer period of time (several years/decades) Eg. family group: parent"s conducts/expectation pass down verbally, discipline into us over many years. Group of friends: particular expectations not written down. Have many experience with each other. = know each other very well.
