The graph shows how level of inequality increases and decreases overtime from 12,000 years ago which is foraging society that we hunt and gather where we had nomadic tribe, up until postindustrial society. From foraging society until early industrial society, the level of inequality constantly increases. In foraging society, almost everyone did work except very few individual such as sherman, so there was no private ownership. In agrarian society, people form settlements, began to grow animals , until early agrarian society there was no private properties. Hierarchy based on ownership of property. (poor to wealthy) During early industrial society, inequality remained very high, most of people had hard life except very few wealthy people.
