Have right and responsibility to ensure decisions about land-resource use in their territories are consistent with their own laws. Fn want to undertake own assessments in accordance with their own standards and values, not compete with a federal and provincial process. Describe the project and its ea type of project, ea process and findings. Should be enough info that you can take from ea or from literature. Make recommendations how can it be improved. Max 15 pages, up to 15 min presentation. History and evolution, effects assessment and ea methods, indigenous groups and their involvement in ea, relevant readings. Not tested on dates from the history of ea.
