No first nations at the negotiation tables: previous first nation lands are now in either british or spanish hands, no consultation with indigenous people. Conflict quickly arises between the first nations and the colonists. Imposition on farm lands on indigenous people"s lands. Indigenous people had autonomy; who to trade with: drives down european goods prices, natives can trade cheaply, british emphasizes sale of liquor over guns, and other necessities. Natives have become dependent on guns for hunting.
