Document Summary
Water use efficiency went down during green revolution. High impact crops require lots of water. Try to put as much water as possible. Try to maximize output (amount of crops per area land) In developing nations, growing high-impact crops are a problem. Growing high impact crops are a problem. We can grow them here and do fine in terms of providing enough crops for our population. There are places where size of the population, growth rate of population: where it happens the most is developing population. Although population growth is not growing as much as it used to (education, birth control: trying to reduce explosion in third world countries, still highest growth rate, food needs to get here. Do as much as we can to provide aid and try to send help to developing nations. Does not solve problem in terms of trying to get their own crops, supplying themselves and their own populations with food.
