Actuarial reports: clinical vs. actuarial prediction: do you make decisions about human questions and constructs (depression, better off using data from a computer than a panel of experts using their judgments, if given the same info, same decision making rules, computers are better than the best clinicians, this means all decisions should be based on objective data and objective rules, there is a place for computers, and some things they should not touch.
