Set father up to nd out he"s an only child. Set it up for them to each be victim and each be dominant of the other. Taking info from them, you have to ght them, but if you bring info, they can accept it, dump it, or adopt it later. Best way is to make a judgment and let them decide if it is right or wrong. More respective than them being exhibitionist and you being a peeping tom and a detective. Maybe at the end of therapy you can start to say things that are signi cant because of your relationship that they land. His view is directly in contract to cbt - he has no emphasis on teaching. Many therapists won"t share with their clients, but whitaker does. Letting a girl have a blowup and not doing anything because he was representing the father and trying to make her be personal with her father.
