When senates protested it, he built a temple on top of the theatre to get away with this. Marcellus also followed this act and built one, it still exists. Romans wore masks and wore large costumes. You were platform shoes to be elevated. Music had a lot of lyrics in it. There are only 2 playwrights that survived. They are greek originals, they"re not very original. There were groups of actors called mimus that improvise and entertain you.
