Teams that use a cooperative management style typically outperform those that use a competitive style maintaining healthy relationships in a team is critical for maintaining productive working relationships. Objective: learn from and merge ideas and perspectives of all group members and to innovate. Individuals putting the needs of other parties before their own. Objective: listen to others" input and embrace their ideas. Both parties giving something up in order to come to a mutually acceptable decision.
