A lot of jokes come out of the expense the way teachers acknowledge students. Carol himself was an educator, specialized in logic: excited about learning. Everything that happens in this world is the same as our world. Goes from one end to another in a predictable way. She has a much more cooperative relationship with all the characters (pg 157) There is a moral lesson in this story. Pg 171: alice wishes for the monstrous crow to come. Its her dream: everything is under her control. Loss of childhood is what creates that moments with humpty dumpty (pg 288)
