Many commentators believe that globalization is transforming the human world from a collection of connected, single entity but often very different, places in which differences are greatly reduced. Not a single definition approached from various angles. The increasing interconnectedness of people and places through converging processes of economic, political, and cultural change: many dimensions. The process of reducing barriers between countries and encouraging closer economic, social, and political interaction: barriers are reduced through agreements between nations. Increasing integration between spaces: spaces being brought together, locations being brought together and people being brought together. Two key points: it refers to a processes bringing about a result, geographical implications interconnection between spaces and people. Prediction: global village global culture homogenized world . Live in a small world where everyone knows each other people can move from one end to the other end the idea of global village . Elements of economic globalization: space, place, location, landscape, distance.
