Almost always had his chin up-wanted to seem/be powerful. Italy had a coup and sent him to prison. German militants broke in and rescued him, hitler wanted him to rule fascist sta people knew by then that italy and germany had lost. Mussolini claimed to have a large last stand, but there was no plan. Joined some germans fleeing to austria, and was arrested when caugh. Italian partisans lined him up on a wall, and he was shot. His corpse was dumped in a piazza, where people beat his body, and spat at it. He was later buried under a false name, years later some neo-fascists stole his bod his body went all around the country in hiding. Not doing very well physically (like mussolini) due to war stress& basically being bl. To combat his ailments, hitler"s doctor gave him a staggering amount of drugs, mo by them more than pills.
