Scape goat is the belief that epidemic is not a natural occurring phenomenon but they come because people bring them for particular reasons. Symptoms like standard flu but magnified: respiratory illness that has made the leap from animal population to human population, avian first identified in the human population in 1997. Swine flu can be traced back to 1918 influenza but first serious outbreak was in the 70s but then again 2009-2010: now swine flu is just part of the normal seasonal flu assault but more lethal.
