Hitler is using very old stereotypes about jews to scare them. Germans are the only ones in history that actually pulled through with their threats. From luther to hitler argument: particular brand of jewish. Seems like what luther and hitler were arguing were the same but it isn"t. Hitler"s argument was racist (only emerged in late 19th century) 70 ce- second temple destroyed, gospels are written. 4th c constantine makes christianity the official state religion of rome. 1099- burning of synagogue in jerusalem as culmination of first crusade.
