Flooding: complete exposure: correct thinking mistakes (misperception) Underestimating ability to cope through logic and explanation temptation o seek explanation: externalize worry (think of worry like a pest) Explaining creates order when otherwise there is chaos. This is our natural inclination to make sense, make meaning, to understand.
