Individualism: path of least resistance, perspective on health. Lifestyle explanations of health are dominant in developed and western countries: became popular in the 1970s making good decisions for themselves. Health depends upon the perspective of the viewer and what they are viewing: perspectives have limits and boundaries- bias.
