Lancet is one of the most important english-writing journals has a very big audience. They focus primarily on childhood and adulthood. Yet the only sources used in this review are those that are un agencies (seems limited) The authors identify the need to learn more about structural and proximal factors. Frame health issues in a negative perspective: the jensen & arnett review article is different in that its focus is on applying more traditional theories about adolescence/emerging adulthood within the context of globalization.
