Also look at other sites that do similar things and look at who is funding them. Another thing is to go to the websites of government funders, often they also list other sources of money as well. The last thing is to ask around and ask for advice from the agencies who they think might be a funder this is one of the best things. You need to know what they money is going to be for before you write it.
