Collective efficacy was shown to be positively related to team performance where as, adding up individual efficacy within the group was not related to team performance. Creating a belief in the team and its" ability to be successful as a group seems to be a critical component for overall team success. Definition imagery is an experience that mimics real experience. Visualization (not accurate because it excludes other senses) 2 main types: visual, seeing self practice as a movement, kinaesthetic, feel a particular movement. Innate potential to create images in our mind, but differ in our ability to do so.
