Lost all control of body below neck (does not know his place in space) nerve telling brain what his body is doing have been destroyed. Hard to treat because his illness is everywhere, not one speciic spot. Could not ix his destroyed limbs, had to ind a way to get brain signals to muscles. Moving was never again automaic, he had to visualize and plot every movement.
