Visual system is telling your body that it is maintaining a stable posiion relaive to it"s environment (not moving) Vesibular apparatus works via ineria, which sill works when moving head is physically moving relaive to the rest of your body (system highly sensiive) Mismatch between the visual system and the vesibular system experience a level of nausea.
