Effective training objectives are built around three considerations:
1. Task to be performed
2. Desired or acceptable level of quality or performance standards
3. Working conditions under which the employee is to perform

5. Evaluate results of training
Fidelity
1. Physical Fidelity: The extent to which the training tasks mirror the physical features of the
tasks to be performed on the job.
2. Psychological Fidelity: The extent to which the training tasks develop the same knowledge,
skills, and abilities that are required to perform the job.
