Cultural values can influence the development of people"s personality traits. As well as how those traits are expressed in daily lives. Ability: relatively stable capabilities people have to perform a particlar range of different but related activities. Skill can be improved overtime with training and experience, ability is relatively stable. We can use personality traits and cultural values to describe what employees are like. Childhood conscientiousness strongly correlated with ratings of career: childhood conscientiousness was negatively related to morality, death from injuries, cardio diseas, and cancer. (less smoking and alcohol, drugs)
