Property: a legal relationship between people with respect to things, we tend to confuse property and things. No- you have some rights to this thing. I. e. the right for me to not throw it at you: you have the right for me to not use it to hack into your email. I have rights, but not all of the rights: what we really want to understand is what rights we each have, there are all kinds of people that have rights in respect to my house. I. e. government, hydro, airplane has the right to fly over my house: property rights are always relative. I. e. if someone asks me how good is your property interest . Real property: land, buildings, and anything attached, fixed and moveable. Personal property: everything that is not real property. I. e. my computer vs a patent or shares: tangible= goods. Fixtures: things that are attached to real property.
