Group: group of workers not treated correctly. Policy: less tied to a specific incident, more tied to a boarder policy / decision that affects the way the workplace operated outside of the individual breaches for individual workers (affects workplace as a whole) less common. Basic grievance procedure: discussion among griever, union steward and supervisor.
