Pt newly diagnosed with diabetes would have to learn about blood sugar and insulin levels. Affective: attitude, emotion, feeling, interest & value, about the thing to be learned, feelings aren"t right or wrong. Psychomotor: ability to manage things manually, manual dexterity & the motor skills to do what"s require (requires practice to develop, ex. Pt with diabetes will have to learn how to test their sugar, give themselves needles, learn how to use the machines. What we are trying to work towards is developing higher order thinking in terms of our practice. Reflection would fit at the top of this taxonomy. It is also part of every single level.
