Rest 24-48 hours then ease back in. Cognitive: foggy, difficulty concentrating, confusion, slow response. Sleep: drowsiness, less sleep, sleep disorder (but it needs rest, could make it worse) Person may not give all symptoms, combo of symptoms makes it difficult.
