Just because you"re biologically a human being doesn"t mean you are one (warren) Psychology functioning includes too little. You need a reason, what about the mentally ill, the elderly are they human beings still. If you can"t do something that counts at functioning are you really a member of the community (i. e. someone who slips into a comma) Feinburg believes that the psychology argument includes too little. Not based on any notion that a fetus is a person or not.
