It is important to see that the regime will fall when military can no longer stand behind it: military may offer itself as alternative to civilian rule. Broken windows theory: society or communities that look ghetto will have an increase in crime, a potential criminal will see a broken window and think oh nobody is watching this, and therefore i will not get caught .
