Private court cases could have up to 200 jurors, public court cases could have up to 2000 jurors. About 700 apart of athenian government at any given time, 600 were selected by government & the other 100 were positions requiring specialists (knowledge relative to the job they needed to perform) Cephalus: justice means telling the truth & paying back one"s debt. Makes sense but cannot be used as a universal conduct. Polemarchus: justice means giving every man his due.
