Culture background - language and speaking creates this. There is a language of emotional expression. Culture is learned by practices and traditions - how to act in a certain situation. Scratching their ears and checks in japanese culture would represent happiness where as in western culture it represents worry. Language and emotion is a function of our cultural background, which means every culture is different. If you"ve been in a similar situation you will be aware of the situation/feeling that current individual is in (knowledge of the situation) The situations which allow the easiest judgement would be laughing and smiling, however it"s easy to fake. We can put on a smile when were sad and we smile when were embarrassed, but mostly we smile and laugh when we nd something funny. Incongrous < nick skinner thinks the most important. What you expect to happen, but something else happened. Example: someone in a tux falls into a pool.
