Inflated self esteem: decreased need for sleep, talkativeness, flight of ideas quickly going from one idea to other without logical connection, distractibility. Have fluctuations that alternate between hypomania and depression. Episodes not as severe as with mania or major depression, but causes impairment. Mixed state is symptoms of mania and depression that occur at the same time.
