Blood is going to be delivered to the working muscle. During this partial pressure is going to remain high. When the blood reaches the muscle, the o2 is being used in the electron transport chain, which mean po2 is going to drop. Oxyhemoglobin conc. is going to be lower at all partial pressures ph as it drops will change oxyhemoglobin conc. , or if you have a change in partial pressure. Hot temperatures (running in hot and humid) has same effect as drop in ph. Higher temp means oxyhemoglobin conc. / affinity is going to be lower. Cooler temp. has higher affinity even though partial pressures are low. O2 is being delivered, but not offloaded --> you fatigue much sooner.
