Surveys in which people recall heir childhood sexual behaviour: asking adults of their recollection. Computer interviews: anonymity and privacy of child. Baby boys can have erections: as well as in the womb. Both vaginal lubrication and erection have been found in infants. Masturbation (self-stimulation: normal in infants between 6 and 12 months, touch themselves because it feels good and soothes them, some cultures use it to calm their baby down. Non-genital sensual experiences like bathing and cuddling. Attachment (psychological bond) with caregiver (mother or father: key to future relationships, template for the types of relationship the child will have later on in life. Excessive punishing children for engaging in these activities at this age can result in a child"s negatives views against sex/sexual behaviour. Sex play with other children: no foreseen developmental issues, engage because it feels good, and curiosity. Realizing their anatomical differences and wanting to explore/learn. Youth males masturbate far more than females.
