Hey Jake, This is a very interesting viewpoint on the subject. I completely agree with your statement that dreams have meaning and I also believe that we remember our dreams because every single dream we have is relevant to our lives in some way. I believe that dreams result from random collisions of thoughts resulting in important information. Personally, I do find that sometimes dreams can feel extremely random, however they are certainly not irrelevant. Every single dream we have no matter how random it may seem is relevant to the dreamer's life in some way.
