Age distribution: decline in relative proportion of teenagers & young adults over past 3 decades. Changing source countries of immigrants: china, india, pakistan, philippines (the majority of immigrants use to be from europe) Immigrants and aboriginal canadians are younger, and will make up a larger proportion of workforce as older canadians retire.
