French canadians are doing better and getting more recognition. Developed areas have higher standards ( ontario, bc) Females now have the choice to work or not: women still make 73% of what men make. Tends to be women who give up work for children. Highest wage earners are middle aged- worked their way up. Age: middle age influence economy and government - with money comes power.
