An important issue especially with young people. A wide range of mental health conditions (know the groups, not the symptoms for the exam: some mild conditions, some are completely debilitating. Disorders that affect your mood, thinking and behaviour. Ongoing signs and symptoms cause frequent stress and affect ability to function. Depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia/psychosis, eating disorders etc. With the right prescription it can actually be treated quite well: but the most common thing is that people think they are better and go off their meds. Can be triggered by marijuana use, and stress: often appears like they are on drugs.
