Lower east side of vancouver has the highest amount of addicts: mental health and addictions usually go together. People who are addicts directly impact about 16 people in their life. Have criminal tendencies things can happen when they are blackout drunk as well but this is untrue. People who take drugs are morally weak because sometimes alcohol or drugs make them act differently than they are and when they quit they never run into criminal issues again. Around 90% of people are in jail because of drugs or alcohol in some type of way. Come from bad families only: apparently, if you start drinking before the age of 13 you are more likely to be an addict. Drugs: alcohol is a drug that is a depressant. Scientists are starting to think that when you take two people, one person being predisposed to alcoholism and one not, and you give them alcohol, something occurs in the body differently.
